I am a licensed clinical social worker with extensive therapeutic experience from a wide variety of backgrounds. My areas of focus are obsessive compulsive disorder, trauma, anxiety, depression, and family/relationship challenges. I am certified in Exposure and Response Prevention through the University of Pennsylvania and also have extensive training in Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. My years of success with clients from a wide variety of backgrounds can be attributed to an approach that is empathetic and creates a safe place for clients, but also maintains an intense focus on achieving client's goals through incorporation of evidenced-based best practices. Therapy is far more than a job for me, It is a passion. My goal is to improve quality of life for individuals by empowering them to manage mental health challenges.
