I am a licensed clinical social worker with extensive therapeutic experience from a wide variety of backgrounds. My areas of focus are obsessive compulsive disorder, trauma, anxiety, depression, and family/relationship challenges. I am certified in Exposure and Response Prevention through the University of Pennsylvania and also have extensive training in Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. My years of success with clients from a wide variety of backgrounds can be attributed to an approach that is empathetic and creates a safe place for clients, but also maintains an intense focus on achieving client's goals through incorporation of evidenced-based best practices. Therapy is far more than a job for me, It is a passion. My goal is to improve quality of life for individuals by empowering them to manage mental health challenges.

Marjeta knows what she is doing! She is kind, respectful, and truly listens to you. Exposure and Response Prevention seemed so scary until she explained everything. She is highly educated on her therapy styles. Between Marjeta and the work you put in as a client, it is absolutely life changing!

I found Marjeta when I was at the end of my rope and she has been one of the greatest blessings in my life. She has helped me regain control over my life after suffering with debilitating anxiety/PTSD. I have less fear going outside / speaking to people, and she has given me the tools to work through the anxiety I'm feeling and to not be so afraid of it.
