After booking, our office will contact you to verify insurance and confirm that the selected provider, service, and appointment type are appropriate. Testing and court/forensic services begin with a consultation or screening and may be rebooked after review; court/forensic services are self-pay. We do not offer refill-only appointments. Controlled-medication requests require a clinical evaluation, and Spravato/ketamine services require a consultation.
