Was nervous because of the one negative review but therapist was engaged. I've had multiple sessions and feel heard and validated. She has been flexible with scheduling and response quickly. I plan on continuing therapy with her. Overall, very positive experience.

I had one session with this therapist and, unfortunately, did not feel a strong sense of connection. The session lacked warmth and engagement, with long pauses and frequent glances away, which made it feel impersonal—almost as if she were reading from a screen. While every therapist has a different style, this one was not the right fit for me.
