We Specialize in all phases of Restorative & Cosmetic Dentistry. Our highly skilled team is genuinely friendly and informative. We have taken great care to create an atmosphere in which you will feel understood and at home. Our mission is to provide a lifetime of oral health and wellness to our patients by way of education. Our policy is to spend enough time with each patient to share our knowledge in a very conducive and comfortable environment. We understand that each patient has unique needs and concerns. That is why we make every effort to cater to those unique needs. This practice is committed to making your complete dental health care our top priority.
Your initial oral examination includes a visual examination, charting, periodontal probing, dental cleaning, diagnosis and treatment recommendations. Additionally, we take x-rays, which includes a panoramic x-ray for proper diagnosis of the anterior (front) and posterior (back) teeth as well as a bite-wing x-ray series for proper diagnosis of proximal decay of posterior teeth.
Our office is equipped to handle all your dental needs. We continually strive to offer elite dentistry services to our downtown San Francisco patients. Please contact our office with any questions or to schedule an appointment. We look forward to serving you.

Great experience with a cleaning! Had Chelsea, and she was exceptional. Very friendly and consistently asked if I felt any discomfort.

Dentist gave me a cleaning and I needed a follow up procedure. I needed a sedative for this procedure but they wouldn't prescribe me one, insinuating that I would take the prescription and cancel the procedure like I was some kind of drug addict. So instead they wanted me to leave work an hour early before the already 2 hour procedure so I could take medication there and sit in the lobby and wait. Granted the latest appointment they will schedule is 3pm, so I would have to leave at 2pm to meet their precious needs, which is half my work day. Condescending for a patient to listen to such insinuations just to make the dentists day at work a little easier, almost as if I wasn't paying him for a service? I would never do business or trust my teeth in their care moving forward.

Took my mom whos 75, my mom who’s quite picky was very pleased, entire staff, from greeter Shannon, to assistant Nicki, to Dr. Matthew, was very friendly and warm. Took time and addressed all her concerns. Give yourself extra time if your driving, parking in the area is difficult, but with plenty of public transportation in the vicinity this is easily bypassed. Amazing service all around.

Dr. Keyser was amazing! My son who is a medical doctor has been his patient for over 10 years. I had a local dentist who told me I should pull out every single tooth in my mouth to solve my dental issues with pain in multiple areas. My son thankfully prevented me from doing that and insisted I see Dr Keyser. He expertly assessed the situation and recommended cutting of my bridge and pulling of three teeth. He got me an urgent appointment with an oral surgeon same day and he and my oral surgeon came up with a long term solution to pull three teeth and go through some teeth restorations over the next 10 months. I also do not have dental insurance so they were very accommodating to be sensitive to price. I thoroughly recommend him!

As a person who doesn't like dentist, I have had the best experience at this office. Dr. Keyser is patient and very good at explaining what he had to do and making me comfortable when I have to get novacaine and reading my body language for discomfort. The staff is very helpful as well.
