I can’t recommend Amy Freeman enough! I have terrible health anxiety and haven’t been to the doctor in many years because of it. Right when Amy entered she gave me a hug and reassured me. She took time to talk to me and truely cared. I also appreciated that I had zero wait. I checked in and immediately went back to start my appointment. I am so thankful I found Amy and her office!

I can't say enough about how grateful I am for Amy Freeman and staff after just my initial visit. If you have been neglecting your health out of fear, embarrassment, whatever, please go see this angel. I was all of the emotions walking into her office and prepared to leave disappointed and feeling unheard. Quite literally the opposite experience here. I'm crying right now because I'm 37 years old and have significant medical trauma and not the best support in my personal life. I never thought I would be able to trust someone with my health again and feel supported. People like Amy Freeman are the real heroes in healthcare.

It was my first visit with this doctor and it was a good experience. His staff was nice and efficient. I was seen within 5 minutes of my arrival and the Dr Jacob's was pleasant and professional. Not much was done other than talk to establish my past history and current needs. I look forward to seeing him again.
