I walked into the office there was alot of open comfortable seating in the waiting room, where you barely wait at all. The team of nurses were professional, patient and kind. They were also well-informed and do there best to make sure you are educated about what is going on throughout the visit. Going to schedule my next visit !!

I booked an appointment on Zoodoc for 3:30 and filled out my paperwork. The doctor office called me and when I was able to return the call the woman that answered the phone pretended she didn’t have my information or record of my appointment. I finally questioned her about my phone showing a phone call from this office earlier that day and how that would happen if she didn’t have my information.Then she finally said the doctor doesn’t take afternoon appointments on Friday but only in the morning time. I’m convinced the doctor or the office staff didn’t want to work late on a Friday and weren’t anticipating appointments and made an excuse. I’m very disappointed.

My visit was great! Dr. Parkar is a great listener and offered me a treatment that actually works. I was able to get a next day appointment which was great. There was a bit of a wait for the early morning when they first open but by 10 the office was cleared. I will 100% be returning regularly.

The listed reason for my visit would have indicated that a potential urine sample or bloodwork would need to be done. Poor planning and time management on their end. Additionally, 1 month after my visit i needed a prescription refill and their office told me I was the one who had contact pharmacies because they were out of stock of my prescription. This is extremely poor customer/patient servicing as I should not have to be required to do this.

Front desk staff were rude and unprofessional. I had an issue with my prescription not being received and the front desk gave me a bunch of attitude rather than looking more into the problem. The medical assistant remembered to put on gloves midway through obtaining my flu and covid tests. And while I was waiting for results the other staff were assisting patients over the phone on loud speaker… how is this protecting patient confidentiality or patient dignity?!?! The doctor and nurse Practitioner were kind and caring, but I will never be back due to the unprofessionalism of the other staff.

Very polite, thorough, answered questions without judgement. I am talking with my wife to start seeing as well. Pleasantly surprised. Didn’t feel like I was being run through as quick as possible but also wasn’t sitting around waiting forever. There was a delay initially being seen but the Dr was addressing an issue with the previous patient that needed immediate attention. I actually respected that after being updated on the situation. Overall pleased.
