Mellow Therapy

Mellow Therapy is a boutique psychotherapy practice in West Los Angeles offering in-person and online therapy for adults and couples. We work with thoughtful, high-functioning individuals navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, relationship issues, perfectionism, and major life transitions. Our therapists use a warm, collaborative, and evidence-based approach, drawing from EMDR, CBT, DBT, and talk therapy to support meaningful, lasting change. We are an out-of-network, private-pay practice. We do not accept insurance directly, but we can provide superbills for clients seeking PPO out-of-network reimbursement.
