The front office staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional. Front office staff gladly confirmed my information for me since I did not finish the online verification surveys. I scheduled an appointment the same day. Wait time was minimal(no more than 15 minutes). Saw the doctor within 30ish minutes since I was early for my appointment.

The actual visit with the doctor was less than 5 minutes. I even joked with him - "easy in easy out." I came in with a sore throat and very lethargic. Ultimately, he told me it was "viral". Barely looked in my mouth and NEVER did a culture to see if it was strep, covid, flu, etc. But I was given medicine...for something viral. Overall, a perplexing visit - not because the staff was rude or anything of that nature. I just expected more especially since it was super slow. **I did end up having strep and having an extreme case of it. Had the doctor did more, I wouldn't have missed a week's work of work**

Before making the appointment, we asked if they could accept my insurance and they said yes, but when we arrived, they said they didn't accept my insurance. They made me drive 47 minutes in the rain just to get there and tell me that, and the receptionist is too arrogant to answer when you're talking to her...

Their ad says they accepted Medicare. I showed them my official Medicare card and they would not accept it ‘Because I came on a weekend and they could not accept valid Medicare cards on a weekend because they could not guarantee the cards’ aurhenticity on a weekend.’
