I just received a random bill 2 months after my appointment for 8x my insurance copay for primary care providers. I was told by Zocdoc and Mercy that the doctor I saw was a PCP in my network and I was being charged the usual amount. Horrible experience in regards to billing. I don't know if Zocdoc sent me to the wrong place or if Mercy willfully deceived me and lied about their insurance network, but I will never use either service again. I was never charged the copay I was told I owed when I handed my card to the receptionist at the clinic. So there's at least one person who straight up lied to my face.

After making an appointment it seemed that a wait of more than a hour was not good. Once I saw the medical staff the service was okay although were in a hurry to get to the next patient. One of the receptionist was not good, no one was waiting but she couldn’t get off the computer to answer my question.

It was pretty obvious that my new GP at Integris didn't seem to care whether or not I live or die. They suggested that I go to Urgent care. I'm so glad I did! The process was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and nice and cared that I wasn't feeling well. And on the way out they gave me a card to help me begin searching for a new GP. I will ditch the one I have. Thank you MERCY Urgent Healthcare!

The administrative staff is “older” and a bit lethargic. The Doctor was efficient and effective and to the point but could improve on his “ bedside” manner as he was reserved and didn’t offer a great deal of feedback.

I didn’t feel like I was truly checked out by a doctor. I’m now heading to the ER, even sicker than before. They didn’t even blink an eye when my blood pressure was 148/109 and sent me on my way.

Rude nurses with no bedside manners or professionalism. They were rude in their questions and methods of asking questions. They should find other jobs in professions where rudeness is accepted. Doctor was awesome and professional.

I was seen promptly. My service provider was knowledgeable about UTIs. I am awaiting the results of the lab work. If i need medication, the pharmacy in the near by Dierberg's will fill the prescription quickly.

My appointment with Mercy GoHealth Urgent Care in Eureka was just what I needed. I was sick and wanted to rule out Covid and RSV. They gave me the tests and the results in a very timely manner. Since both tests were negative, the illness was diagnosed and explained. I was very happy that I was seen so quickly and treated in a kind and professional manner.
