Dr. Bustamante is wonderful. She takes her time and explains everything thoroughly. The wait time was terrible. I was in the waiting room for over an hour and then in the exam room for another half hour!

Very nice and professional, listened to everything I had to say, and answered all of my questions. She made me feel very comfortable. The staff was also very nice and professional as well. I waited about 15 minutes in waiting room and Dr. came in right away.

This was my 1st visit with Dr. Bustamante and I was very pleased with the entire experience. Everyone in the office is very friendly, yet professional and I feel the doctor was very thorough in answering my questions. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bustamante!

I usually do not wait but this appointment I waited 1 1/2 hours! My appointment was at 10:30 and the doctor did not come into my room until 12:00. The reception said there was an emergency, but I was still disappointed in the long wait.

There was a long wait because of the patient before me and I was really nervous because I am 24 and it was my first time seeing someone for my annual checkup that wasnt the pediatrician I've had since I was a child. Alma made me feel very comfortable and at ease and I couldn't be happier with my overall visit.

We are so thrilled to have found Dr Alma she is fantastic! So easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and great bedside manner. Our wait today was long but a few people in the office apologized and it was fine. I would recommend Dr Alma to anyone looking to switch to a new practice. The girls in the office and nurses in the office are so sweet!

I could not have been more pleased with Dr. Alma. I went in as a new patient and she spent close to an hour with me discussing my history and current problems. Would highly recommend and thrilled that I found my new gyn!

The office staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The nurses and medical staff were awesome and I loved Dr. Bustamante! She has excellent bedside manner, she is compassionate and listens to questions and concerns that not only I had, but my husband. She has a way about her that put me at ease.
