Fast, professional, and efficient. I was seen quickly and the staff was incredibly organized. Much better experience than a long wait at the ER. Highly recommend if you need care in a hurry!
I would like to share feedback regarding a recent issue with my prescription. Despite providing the correct pharmacy information, my prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. This caused unnecessary delay and inconvenience and resulted in me having to pay out of pocket for my medication. I request that more care be taken to verify pharmacy details before sending prescriptions to avoid such situations in the future. I hope this feedback helps improve the process and prevents inconvenience for other patients. Thank you
