Hello! We are now accepting new patients again! Next steps in preparation for your next visit: We will verify your insurance benefits and notify you accordingly. Following this, we will email you the electronic paperwork for your signatures. A credit card on file will be required to process copays or self-pay visits. Following this, you will receive an appointment confirmation email with a link. Self-paid first visits are subject to advanced payment. All cancellations require 24 working hours. Your first session will last 1 hour, and the follow-up session will be 45 minutes long. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. I provide therapy in the Portuguese and English languages. I treat various mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, and psychosexual-related problems in males, females, and couples. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore their emotional needs and overcome the barriers that limit their full potential. I take an open-minded approach to your wellness and consider your work life, family traditions, cultural and spiritual beliefs, and sexual identity. I consider the whole person and their ecosystem, which encompasses all the factors (i.e., relationships) that shape each individual's unique life.
