Michael Trainer has been my therapist for several years now. I have felt extremely blessed & fortunate to have him, as I had multiple experiences with therapists prior to him that were not a good fit. For me, he has been a constant support; aiding me in the transitions my life has been undergoing from military to civilian, adjusting to disabilities, and all the emotional garbage that has been intertwined with those things. He has ALWAYS been punctual and present with an empathetic ear free of any judgment. That said, he is NOT a 'tell you what you want to hear' style therapists but rather a 'what you need to hear' and challenges you to find solutions that keep you on a productive path. My relationships are healthier and while I may still have a ways to go I can trust that he has my best in mind as I make that journey.
