Really knows his stuff with medications and listens closely to his patients needs.
Really nice and empathetic psychiatrist. He spent more time listening than speaking and was thoughtful in his questions and comments. He also was very clear about meds without pushing them in anyway but talking about the pros and cons of each. I will be going back to him for sure.
He was really nice, personable, and he really made me feel comfortable and at ease, despite my anxiety. Seems like a gentleman as well. Highly recommend.
Dr. Tanzer is such a great, caring doctor. I have been to psychatrists in the past who have made me feel like some sort of weird specimen to be studied, and Dr. Tanzer is the exact opposite. He comes to each session with a balance of expertise and compassion and makes you feel like someone out there is trying to do the best they can for you.

Really listens. Doesn't rush, is warm and friendly. Felt like a mix between psychologist and psychiatrist. I was nervous, but he put me at ease. Expensive, but worth it for peace of mind, in my opinion. Definitely recommend.
