I highly recommend Dr. Minnie and Midtown Family Dentistry. It’s hard finding a dentist and dentist’s office that really cares about their patients, I finally found one.

The overall experience was great because of the doctor and dental assistant. In the front office, I still had to fill out papers that I did online. I also explained that 2 days before I confirmed my appointment over the phone and through text, however the day before, I had several missed calls stating they needed to confirm my appointment. They need a better system for that.

I needed emergency dental help for a broken tooth and had not been to a dentist in some time. The staff and dentist were amazing they kept me informed of what needed to be done and provided me with all the possible different procedures to choose from. They asked me several times how I was doing and reminded me if I needed them to stop or was in pain to raise my arm. My comfort was always in the dentists and staffs mind and it showed.

Minnie Koo, DDS was absolutely wonderful! It was my first visit, so I was nervous but she was very caring and listened to my concerns. She explained everything beforehand so I didn't have any doubts. During the process, she would stop and ask me if I was okay.
The staff was very friendly, professional, and provided great customer service. Unfortunately my insurance wasn't accepted there as it is considered out of network. Besides that, I would highly recommend!

They have such good reviews but they couldn’t bother giving me good service. Had me wait for so long that I had no choice but to leave. Saw people that came after me while I was still waiting. This was the most terrible service I’ve ever been through at a dentist office.

Dr.Minnie is super nice and knowledgeable. She helped me to get ride of my pains, I'm still waiting for my crowns to be produced so I can't tell how it's going to look like, but i trust her!
The office is helpful, and the assistant was lovely, they treated me really well.

I have pretty bad dental anxiety and had lingual braces attached from a different provider. I was so nervous to have them removed because I thought it would hurt.
They were bonded on really well and difficult to remove, but Dr. Minnie Koo did an amazing job. She immediately stopped any time I started to feel pain, and was very friendly and reassuring the whole time.
