My visit was wonderful, my practitioner was patient with me and made me feel like I am part of his family. She talked to me like she has known me for years. I did not feel like a stranger although it was my first visit. Thanks Doctor kiki for the empathy, respect and understanding. You are a wonderful person.

The visit was short and the provider did not turn her camera on at all during our telehealth visit. She told me she would give me two months worth of my medication, then when I asked her to fill the second month she told me I would have to book another visit with her to have it filled. Very poor communication.

She has fantastic bedside manners and is very thorough in her clinical exam. She provides detailed patient communication and takes her time when answering any questions.
