Molly Mitchell-Hardt Field Psychotherapy

If we are lucky in this life we will experience many inner deaths, each an opportunity to shed the scaly skin of yesterday, to embrace our own expansion, and enter a next dimension of life. If we fail to die, we fail to grow. Sadly, we have lost the ritual container that holds our rites of passage and without the containment and guidance that goes with it many of us feel lost, hopeless, deficient in some way and without a sense of belonging. Therapy in the depth tradition has become a space to compassionately witness and accompany individuals in the alchemical process of healing and growth. As a therapist I will meet you with curiosity and compassion, to explore the depths of your psyche and bring to consciousness the things that may be obstructing the path forward. I approach this work with a lens of mindfulness, somatic embodiment, and attention to the multiplicity of the psyche. My intention is to create a sacred space to honor the rites of passage that invite us to evolve. Reaching out for help can be the hardest part of the journey, I encourage you to trust the impulse that is guiding you. There is an inner knowing present within and I hope I get a chance to empower your inner healer through our work together.
