Nurse practitioner yelling at the office staff in her assistance in front of the people in the waiting room. She talked loud enough so I could hear other patients and other rooms. She was canceled yelling at the staff.

For my first time as a new patient I was treated really well by all the staff. I was called in almost immediately upon arrival. The MA was very knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. When the NP came in she was also thorough. Quick and to the point. They both ensured me the proper way to take care of my skin.

The doc came in, did not introduce herself, I was there for a head to toe initial visit. She pointed at 3 moles and said they needed taken off, her medical assistant numbed me and then the doc came back in and told her not to cut them too deep, doc left and the MAs cut the moles off. All with the same blade. Doc came back in, told me I have “too many dots” and this would not be a head to toe assessment like I was there for. She then said see you in 3 wks then left. The MA explained the biopsy will be back in 3 wks so I’d have to come back for follow up.

Shelby is very personable, easy to talk with and understand. She offers options and suggestions, warns you of what to expect prior to and during a procedure. I felt very comfortable with her upon meeting her. All other staff encountered were friendly, competent. Upon arriving, I wasnt certain of the entrance bcuz its a multi use dwelling. I was busy looking where 2park and make sure I was parking in the right area. I did finally notice a huge white sign/white entrance area clearly marked. The inside is very clean, looks organized. Large waiting area. I did not wait long for initial intake and about 5min thereafter for Shelby. Who provided a warm friendly greeting

I was hesitant to use Zocdoc, but I’m so glad I did. The whole process was very easy no hiccups in the office.The office was very close to my house. They accepted my insurance. The front desk representative was friendly and organized. The nurse that took my information was very friendly and and the Doc / NP was great! Made my visit so stress free!! My experience with this provider was fantastic! Right from the start, I was met by the receptionist/business woman. She was so friendly and thorough. Within seconds the nurse took me into the examine room to discuss my history and present concerns. She was so pleasant. The PA, Nick entered. I immediately felt comfortable with him and he was very upbeat He told me what he was going to do step by step and was reassuring. I have another appointment in 2 weeks to review my test results. I am very comfortable knowing I have their support no matter what my biopsy might indicate. I would highly recommend this office and am so glad a practice is open in my area.
