I would tell anyone about the promptness of appointment. The friendliness of the staff. The way they explained everything to me so I could understand what was going on. For a medical thing it was very helpful and pleasant.

The doc came in, did not introduce herself, I was there for a head to toe initial visit. She pointed at 3 moles and said they needed taken off, her medical assistant numbed me and then the doc came back in and told her not to cut them too deep, doc left and the MAs cut the moles off. All with the same blade. Doc came back in, told me I have “too many dots” and this would not be a head to toe assessment like I was there for. She then said see you in 3 wks then left. The MA explained the biopsy will be back in 3 wks so I’d have to come back for follow up.

Very pleasant experience. Everyone was friendly and the Doc was very nice. Nice big waiting area and exam rooms were neat and clean.
