Overall, the experience was pleasant. I had an extraction with a bone graft and membrane. It wasn’t as painful as anticipated. The staff were very nice and welcoming. All communications were clear. I’ll be going back for more treatments.

I came to this dental office for an extraction followed by a guided tissue regeneration procedure. Before the treatment, I was given a written estimate showing that my insurance would cover 80% of the cost.
After the procedure, I was billed whole amount because my insurance denied the claim entirely. I trusted the estimate when I agreed to the treatment and was very disappointed to learn afterward that it wasn’t covered at all.
The office did try to resubmit to insurance, but it was denied again. I feel the estimate was very misleading and the procedure didn’t provide much benefit. Please be sure to double-check your coverage and ask for clear explanations of costs before agreeing to treatment.

Unclear charging practices were a major issue. unclear cost. I wouldn’t recommend it. The vibe felt so fake that they would smile at you and then charge you an unexpected co-pay. They weren’t honest about money, but when pushed to the corner, she started talking a lot of words, including her religion, which I didn’t appreciate. Another thing we noticed is that they claimed to open on weekends, but then they would ask us to come on weekdays. Most of the weekends are actually closed, so it might be a trick to attract patients.

This was my first time going back to the dentist after some time and the whole team was amazing, super kind, and patient. I felt very welcomed and not judged at all and all the nerves I had before are gone! They made me feel comfortable and they took their time. Super easy to talk too. They mentioned that if I’m in any sort of discomfort or pain to immediately let them know. They offered me breaks. Just overall the best experience I’ve ever had going in for a dentist appointment!

I’ve had such a great experience with Dr. Neeshat Khan and the whole team. Everyone is super friendly and makes you feel really comfortable the moment you walk in. It’s clear they care about their patients, not just getting things done quickly, but doing it right and making sure you understand everything along the way!
Dr. Neeshat is kind and patient and very explanatory. I used to feel a little nervous about going to the dentist, but not anymore. I actually feel relaxed during appointments now, which says a lot!
Highly recommend if you’re looking for a dentist who’s not only professional but also warm and easy to talk to!

Dr. Neeshat Khan and stuff were amazing! I personally don’t like going to the dentist, but they made today’s appointment (my first appointment) an easy walkthrough. I am pregnant and she is very thorough with medical protocol. Her staff reached out to me prior to my appointment of what I needed to do on my end to help assist me. She was careful and detailed with her work. Office is very clean and all of stuff was impressively responsive.

Did not really treat my son (they referred a Pediatric Dentist). It's disappointing that the prescription meds were sent TOO LATE to the pharmacy. They promised 20 minutes to one hour. I went to the pharmacy after 3 hours from the appointment, I found out, it wasn't ordered yet! I had to call the clinic for them to call the pharmacy and had to wait another hour again. Wasted so much time waiting.

if you're having an allergy or any kind of small illness don't go, they're not going to check you at all, even if you already payed a lot taking transportation to that clinic. apparently you have to have perfect health for going to check your dental health :') I might go with another one because I really have pain in my thoot and can't wait any longer.
The doctor seems kind, but yes, they didn't want to help me even though I was told it was fine for me to go to the dentist.

Dr. Khan was great!! I will definitely be going back. She was caring, kind, and very informative. She showed concern for my wellbeing and kept me a part of the process by continuously asking questions about my habits and also informing me what good practices to incorporate in my dental routine. Also she communicated with me before the appointment to inform me how long a wait it would be and they were timely and considerate. I have no doubts my dental check was thorough and comprehensive and my treatment plan has already been set! Asante!

I had not been to the dentist in several years due to a bad experience with previous dental care. From the moment I walked into Dr. Khan’s office I felt comfortable. I was welcomed and everyone was so friendly. The doctor explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I feel like I have found a good dentist I can trust and want to work with.

Dr. Khan is knowledgeable and took the time to inform me of the details of her findings and her prescribed treatment. She and her staff were pleasant, caring, and professional.
I haven't had the chance to see a dentist in over a decade and Dr. Khan made sure that I could get the help I need without any guilt. She said that, "everyone has their own path to health and it's her job to get [her patients] on that path as soon as possible."
