At New Horizons Center for Healing, we pride ourselves on taking a complete and multifaceted approach to healing the mind and restoring your psychological wellness. Our McKinney center is the most comprehensive private mental health clinic in the North Texas region. Our facility houses, licensed mental health professionals ranging from board-certified psychiatrists, psychologists, licensed professional counselors, licensed marriage and family therapists, and play therapists. We are able to provide a comprehensive approach to the treatment of many different conditions and concerns. We provide services for individuals, couples, children, and groups, ranging from marriage and family counseling to depression counseling.

The doctor never showed up so they canceled my appointment. I was 20 minutes early for my appointment and 25 minutes after my appointment time they told me she was running late and would be another 30 minutes and I said OK then they proceeded to ask me to reschedule for Monday. No thank you I will find somebody else. if you don’t have enough respect for my time, I don’t have time for your time. ?

I saw Dr. Sanaz Adibian for 3 years from 2016 up to end of 2020. New Horizons stopped accepting my insurance provider, and sadly I had to start all over and find another therapist. I found another therapist, and saw them for about 3.5 years. It’s now 2025, and I haven’t been to therapy in over a year - and wanted to do a check-in at New Horizons since they accepted my insurance provider. I’ve been working for a new company that offers different medical insurance, and got super lucky. I’m back to seeing and catching up with Dr. Adibian, and I’m so happy I came back. She has been such a light in helping me through my therapy journey, and navigating life itself.

Mrs. Franks is amazing! She is both professional and understanding, and she genuinely cares about the well-being of her patients. I recall one of our sessions running a bit over time, but she never made me feel rushed and allowed us the time we needed to finish. After each session, I leave feeling so much better than when I arrived, and I always look forward to my next visit. The office staff is also wonderful—attentive, courteous, and professional.
I would highly recommend Mrs. Franks, Mr. Quan, and the entire team!
