A licensed acupuncture office with a passion for improving the well-being of the community. Mrs. Kim received a Master of Science degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine(MSOM) from Virginia University of Integrative Medicine. She is nationally board certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) in acupuncture and herbal medicine, and she has been practicing for 8 years in New York.
Conveniently located in the center of midtown New York City, through the use of acupuncture, herbal medicine, moxibustion, Tui-Na,and cupping, Mrs. Kim aims to help her patients achieve optimal health and wellness. She seeks to help patients overcome both acute and chronic conditions such as: pain, neuropathy, arthritis, fibromyalgia, allergies and migraines.

I have been under the care of Dr. YoungSun Kim at NY family acupuncture since April 2023, and I can confirm that her expertise and compassion are truly commendable. Although I have my periods showed up like clockwork, and have a clean OBGYN history, even after one year of marriage, I was unfortunate.
Dr.Kim was very honest with me. Since I am in my early 30s, she recommended me starting the natural way with the acupuncture first and then with the herbs. I was visiting her clinic 3x/week for the first month, and started going 2x/week and took the herbal medicine and supplements as prescribed starting the second month. Four months later, she confirmed me try naturally, and I got pregnant in two months, and I am expecting a baby girl in few months ! Thank you Dr.Kim for everything and I am willing to go back to her for #2 !!

Dr. Kim is very professional and has an amazing bedside manner. She listens attentively at each visit to address my current issues and any new ones. Dr. Kim will always be mindful of your time prior to treatment. She is gentle and will instruct breathing techniques if an area is sensitive.
The best part of her practice are the results. I suffered from a very painful ACL grade 2 sprain, after 5 sessions, it has subsided considerably. Her experience has helped pinpoint the painful areas and honestly took the time to heal me. And as a bonus, my sleep pattern has improved! I am always more relaxed after her treatments.
I highly recommend Dr. Kim!
