I would definitely go back although the sports physical was more than I had anticipated and Im not sure why I couldn't use my insurance. The doctor was amazing! Her beside manner was super kind.
The front desk lady was a little impatient.

The office is very clean and all the staff I met were very nice and helpful! Joseph was great and got all my vitals done quickly. His bed side manner was fantastic, he was very nice and personable! They even called me a few days after my visit to make sure I was doing well. I would highly recommend this office!

I took my daughter in for swimmers ear. At least one of my 4 children gets this at least once a summer every summer. The doctor used a tool to clear it of ear wax, which I understand was helpful but caused my daughter a lot of pain without a lot of empathy or communication from provider. After that the nurse came and flushed it out, she was much more communicative and empathetic during this process. The doctor came back and looked in her ear and said she wasn’t sure there was an ear infection though it was a little red and would prescribe her amoxicillin. I stated every other time we received ear drops for swimmers ear and were never given amoxicillin for this, that had only ever been prescribed for a regular ear infection. I asked when my daughter should start to feel better and when I should bring her back if she is not improving. She stated every patient is different with antibiotics and to give it 7 days before coming back and expecting improvement.

I was seen very quickly actually earlier than my appointment time by 15 mins! She was very nice and listened to my every word and worry. She made sure I understood what the treatment plan was and what was suspected to be my problem. My prescription was sent right over to my preferred pharmacy. I’ll request her any time she is available when I’m in need. I was super nervous and my anxiety makes going to the drs very hard so this remote option made getting my health looked at actually a mentally almost painless option. I was taken care of with the utmost respect!
