Highly professional without being one bit aloof. Staff especially made one feel like the were important, not an interruption. Dr. Butler was wholly approachable, the first doctor in my 60+ years that I was comfortable being totally candid with.
This office should make a training video for the health care industry in general.

This doc is so professional and makes you feel comfortable . First he welcomes you to being a new patient to that practice . He is very clear with any questions you ask him, and if it’s something you are unclear about he makes sure you leave with great understanding. I wish I met him years ago. Glad I joined the proactive and he is my new PCP. I will never leave him ! Thanks you for all you do Doc Hotchandani!!!!!!

I did not get to see the doctor. I waited in the lobby for over an hour. I signed all my forms and did everything I could online beforehand to reduce wait time. It was merely a matter of my appointment time not being considered/respected. It was a very unprofessional experience and I will not be coming back. I cannot trust a doctor that makes his patient wait that long. It shows a lack of integrity and respect.

Genuinely such a sweet doctor. She was very communicative about my health history and what that means for me coming forward. She didnt rush the app and took time to answer any questions I had while also explaining anything I didnt fully understand. She made the room feel light because of how kind and friendly she was which made me less nervous.
