Dr. Butler is so kind and attentive. She listened to my concerns and took them seriously. I really appreciated how welcoming she is and how fun the entire staff was; they were all so kind and funny.

Highly professional without being one bit aloof. Staff especially made one feel like the were important, not an interruption. Dr. Butler was wholly approachable, the first doctor in my 60+ years that I was comfortable being totally candid with.
This office should make a training video for the health care industry in general.

This place is very welcoming and friendly. Dr.Butler was an angel and listened to every concern I had which I know isn’t always the easiest. She was friendly and accommodating and I will be going back. The wait was really long - about 45min to an hour - but it was worth it.

She goes the added mile to tell you what the issue or problem is and how to solve it. I had a y-infection and she gave me clear guidance and a deeper understanding about what it was and how I could prevent them in the future. Even showing me photos of what I should be looking out for. I appreciated that. She also said she wasn’t a judging person, moreso a person that wants to help. So I enjoyed her.

AMAZING doctor. This was my first appointment and as a black girl, i was looking for a black woman to be my PCP. for any of you that are a POC; I highly recommend Her to be your provider. she is a clear communicator, asks questions, makes you feel like you’re being well taken care of.

The office was terrible. The whole office had an odor of mold and mildew. The wait was unbelievable more than an hour that if i hadn’t gone up, they would have had me waiting longer. The staff was just unorganized and unprofessional. There was another lady before me who also had an appt and had to reschedule it too. Never going back here and canceling my appt too

She referred me, as needed, to other specialists and my bloodwork results were posted the very next day. I would highly recommend Dr. Butler and I look forward to seeing her again.
