So far good experience, doctor just spent 4-5 mins with me as I don't have any story to tell him as well . He diagnosed my problem in a minute and prescribed me the medicine . Now depend how much doctor's diagnoses is correct and how much medicine work on me .

I went for hearing loss in one ear as well as pain. He immediately said people would dream of this hearing and told me to hold my nose and blow and started to leave. He left despite me stopping him saying that I’ve dealt with this for a few years and that hasn’t worked. They also took my sheet I brought proving the hearing loss and I never got it back because he had the girl make a copy even though he did nothing for me. The last ENT before going to this one (before I aged out of my father’s insurance) did a hearing test and gave me the chart proving that the hearing is worse in that ear and that I had an Eustachian tube blockage. I told this doctor that and he didn’t even acknowledge it, just said the hold your nose and blow thing. Waste of my time. I need help and didn’t get it.

Dr. Ali was so so nice, it was my first visit for a deviated septum at an ENT and I was honestly really nervous because I’ve heard about the camera that goes up your nose, it was painless and Dr. Ali assured me not to be scared and that it won’t hurt my nose and it really didn’t. He listened really well to what was going on and helped me so much!

Dr. Shah is an excellent provider. He listens intently without interruption and asks important questions about your condition so he can treat it correctly. He is very patient, soft spoken and gentle. He explains exactly what he is doing (such as scoping the nose) and what he is looking for. His observation and recommendations are clear and concise. He takes the time and provides the opportunity for you to ask any additional questions or concerns before leaving. I would highly recommend Dr. Shah.

Dr. Feintuch examined me and took time to explain my condition and recommended treatment. He had me take a hearing test, which I did on premises with a technician who was thorough and who explained the test as well as the results. I had a second meeting with Dr. Feintuch right after the hearing test who made sure I had no additional questions before I left. Very pleased all around and would highly recommend him and his office.

Dr. Boruk took the time to truly listen to all my concerns. I appreciated how thorough the examination was. She explained the 'why' behind the treatment plan and made sure I was comfortable with it. From the front desk staff to the nursing team, everyone was warm, professional, and efficient. I was called in right on time. I left feeling genuinely cared for and confident in my treatment plan.
