Zocdoc allowed me to set an appointment for July 3, 2026, at 12:30. I received confirmation of the appointment. I showed up for the appointment and the office was closed. It was a waste of time on an extraordinarily hot day. I made an tremendous effort to be there as my knees were swollen and I can barely walk. I made the appointment for joint aspiration. No doctor, no relief, just a waste of time and energy.

my experience was wonderful. Dr Nancy F and her team were so professional and welcoming. She is so patient and took time to not only listen keenly to everything one is saying, but also communicates well in the best way possible for easy comprehension of process and procedures to be carried-out. I was very contented with my visit. Will recommend her anyday anytime. She is good at what she does.
