She received her medical doctorate from the University of Central Florida where she was recognized with the prestigious honor of “Outstanding Senior in Surgery”. She completed an internship in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Beth Israel Mount Sinai Medical Center in Manhattan, NY and residency at Northwell Health System in Manhasset/New Hyde Park, NY.

I made my appointment and specified that it was due to my pregnancy and that i was on my second trimestre, and 30 minutes before my appointment they called to let me know they only do first trimestre despite of being aware that when making your appointment this doctor have that she follow up with second trimestre patients and then the lady said that in the whole office there no doctors for second trimestre but they don’t remove that from doctors profile which is so stupid.

I was not seen by the doctor I originally booked with after waiting an hour and a half. Once I was finally taken in, the consultation lasted less than five minutes, including the exam. I felt my concerns were not fully addressed, and the visit felt very rushed despite the long wait.
I had seen Dr. Olga a couple of years ago and had a great experience, which is why this visit was especially disappointing. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will be switching to a different practice. The check-in process also felt slow, and overall, it was an unpleasant visit.

The provider didn't show up to my appointment even though I received multiple calls before my appointment to confirm I will be there. I showed up early but the doctor had just left - even though she was aware that I will be there.

Very friendly receptionist, very kind and polite. The dr’s assistants were also very kind and nice… they listened to what issues I am having and overall were kind and patient. They guided and reassured me thru the whole process… would definitely recommend this clinic ??

Every doctor I’ve seen has been great in person. However, communication over the phone is poor. They often come across as annoyed, put little effort into communicating results, require multiple follow-ups before reaching out, and are insensitive to the fact that while my condition might not be critical in comparison to more severe cases, it is still my first time dealing with a condition that requires surgery. The findings and outcome are foreign to me; thus, some “bedside manner” when conveying results and tolerating basic questions over the phone would significantly increase my overall impression of their services. It is also rare that you get to see the doctor indicated and often end up with different ones each time, unless you're flexible about which location to visit.

Dr. Olga is wonderful. She is attentive, kind, clear, and helps motivate me to be on top of my own health. I highly recommend this practice. I've also seen NP at this practice & they are excellent as well.

During my recent prenatal visit, I encountered several concerning issues that significantly impacted my experience.
Upon arrival, the front desk staff exhibited rudeness and became increasingly agitated after I repeatedly entered my personal information into their device, which malfunctioned.
Furthermore, the handwashing facilities in both the doctor’s office and restroom were inoperable, leaving only one functional sink in the hallway. Additionally, the premises appeared unclean, and after undergoing the ultrasound and examination, I was not provided with any cleaning supplies to attend to myself.
The lack of privacy was also evident when the staff requested that I undress for the examination. However, no covering material was offered, and the office temperature was uncomfortably low.
These experiences have made this my most unpleasant medical visit, and I have resolved to refrain from returning to the facility in the future.
