I booked 2 different appointments at 2 different locations to see the same doctor and each time I only spoke to the physician assistant. Although she was very nice I wouldn’t recommend anyone seeing the Dr. It might end up being a waste of your time and the wait time is usually long

Was running late for my appointment called in advance to tell them that I was running late before I left. They told me over the phone that they had a 30 minute grace period policy and that as long as I arrive within 30 minutes that I would be seen. I drive 30 minutes to the appointment And the building is huge. They only the entire thing and have multiple offices inside. I was walked over to where the office is located by a staff member from a different department once I get there still within the 30 minute grace period. They tell me the doctor won't see me and they would have to reschedule. Appointment was at 340 and I was in the building by 4PM.

The office staff was very friendly and professional. The office itself, was very clean, light and cheerful. I had x-rays done right at this location. I felt I was given all the time I needed to discuss my problem, and was given several options, all which were explained completely including all pros and cons. I was advised to get a m.r.i. and call to make an appointment to discuss my option decision.
