I’m a clinical psychologist with more than 15 years of experience helping couples and individuals navigate stress, emotional overwhelm, trauma, and major life transitions. I’ve worked with individuals from many different cultural and life backgrounds, which helps me understand how family, work, identity, and relationships shape emotional wellbeing. I’m a Fellow of Division 12 of the American Psychological Association, a recognition connected to my professional contributions to mental health care, and I stay closely connected to evidence-based approaches that truly help people feel better.
