Erick is the epitome of a provider who cares and can think critically. He listened to all of my concerns and symptoms with open ears and inquisitive mind. I have been going back and forth with my PCP over the same issues for about 2 YEARS and Erick gave me more information and referrals in ONE visit. He made me feel as though my concerns were valid and urgent! He was gentle in his delivery and detailed in his explanations. His bedside manner is impeccable and I am so so blessed to have found him in a world of providers who shove pills down your throat and hope for the best. Please do not let the negative reviews sway you, give Erick and Phycinity a chance… you may be pleasantly surprised! Thank you again Erick!

Everyone was so pleasant and friendly from the receptionist to the nurses. The nurses were attentive and polite. The doctor was very thorough, informative, and courteous. My overall experience at the office was awesome

Not a long wait time. I didn’t see who I booked with but I was satisfied with the services that the physician I did see. All my questions were answered and I received the help I needed.

Well I went in for a yearly physical and even gave some of my health concerns to whoever saw me in the doctors room as it wasn’t the person I had made an appointment with but instead a completely different person. The person who did my physical I feel like did not check all that they were supposed to with the concerns I had given them. Honestly felt like I was talking to a wall when explaining my health concerns and then they just did whatever. I would not recommend going here unless you are okay with people cutting corners.

To see the doctor i booked with and i saw some lady who didn’t even tell me who or what she was i had no clue who i was talking to and they acted like they could not prescribe things without a prior prescription. What is the point of seeing a doctor if they cant give u a prescription…

I made a last minute appointment to see a provider and I was glad they had ones available same day before the holidays. I was having a bad allergic reaction from medication that was given to me before. He properly assessed my symptoms and made sure everything was taken care of. I came to him for a second opinion and got much more than that. Everyone was nice and friendly.

I booked an appointment with Erick for my eye issue as he was listed one of the healthcare providers for “eye problems” but during my appointment i realized there were no optometrist! I never seen the doctor himself only a nurse took notes and said they would refer to an eye doctor. She was attentive and approachable.

From the moment we walked in, the entire experience was exceptional. I brought my 15-year-old in for an appointment, and every single staff member—from the front desk to the nurses, receptionist, lab tech, and doctor—was kind, patient, and incredibly professional.
They made my child feel comfortable, respected, and truly cared for, which means everything as a parent. The nurse took the time to explain things clearly, the lab tech was gentle and reassuring, and the doctor was thorough, attentive, and never made us feel rushed. You can tell this team genuinely cares about their patients.
It’s not always easy to find a medical office where everyone works together so seamlessly and treats you like more than just a number, but this place absolutely does. I’m beyond grateful for the level of care we received and highly recommend them to anyone—especially parents looking for a compassionate and supportive environment for their children.

The office staff was really warm and welcoming, this is my first visit to the doc in NC and I was impressed coming from NYC. The office was immaculately clean, there was no wait time. FNP Anderson was extremely knowledgeable, took her time to explain everything, offered solutions and support for my baby, even gave suggestions for his dental care provider. My son got his vaccines and didn’t even cry. I am definitely returning! Thank you so much for an amazing first experience!
