My hygienist Simon was super thorough and transparent about the process, treatment, and after care. The hand wax and aromatherapy neck pillow during my visit were a cool bonus. All around it was a great experience and far exceeded my expectations!

Dr. Sayali was kind and provided all the required information about my dental condition and the next steps. She was patient and informative throughout the visit. Would definitely recommend her even if you are new to the clinic.
The staff at Pure Dental spa (Lincoln park) were also super friendly and warm which made the visit less stressful.

This was one of the best dentist experiences I’ve been to. What really stood out to me was the front desk attendant came to my room to show me an estimate of the costs so I could consent to any additional procedures knowing that in mind. There are way too many providers who will just offer you a service and don’t tell you how expensive it will be. This shows they really cared.

The best dentist experience I’ve ever had! They truly make you feel like you’re at a spa while maintaining professionalism. The staff was very kind and communicated to me well about going over my exam and any service costs. I appreciated their transparency about pricing, it was clear they were not trying to “trick me” into additional unnecessary add ons. Staff was also very intelligent and did their jobs well.

This was hands down the best dental visit I’ve ever had! The whole team was so thorough and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. They took the time to really understand my background, used super high-tech photos and tools, and explained everything in a way that made sense so I knew exactly what we were looking at and what my treatment plan would be.
The office itself felt more like a spa than a dentist, with amenities I’ve never experienced anywhere else, which made the whole appointment surprisingly enjoyable. Everyone was so knowledgeable, friendly, and patient—I left feeling confident, cared for, and actually excited about my dental care. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Good visit. I had some tooth cupping from my jaw clenching which I stayed and said I wanted a mouth guard for. Turns out after a few days my symptoms ended up being worse so I contacted a TMJ specialist. She stated that mouthguard don’t help with TMJ or relaxing the muscle just protecting the teeth. I needed a splint instead of a mouth guard.

I didn’t expect the dentist I picked to be a “dental spa,” which was a very pleasant surprise. I was nervous at first, but then excited to find out that all treatments such as aromatherapy heated neck pillow, hand massage, and eye mask, were included in my visit and covered by my insurance! The doctors were very friendly and offered me a lot of information about what was going on, whether it would be covered by my insurance, and how much it would cost. They worked with me on breathing exercises to help with discomfort during x-rays and gave me numbing gel for a cleaning because I am very sensitive. It was an unexpectedly wonderful experience.
