During this time laboratory work, history, vital signs, & baseline procedures such as EKG, Pulmonary Function, and Bone Density assessments are done prior to physician consultation. Comprehensive care is the prevention and management of disease based on your current & past health, family history, & life events. Establishing a baseline assessment of your health today is important to ongoing care. Women's PAP exams are NOT performed on the first visit.
You will receive an invitation to activate your patient portal. This is where your medical records will be available. Be sure to activate your portal prior to your appointment.
WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING ONE TIME APPOINTMENTS OR SCHOOL EXAMS/FORMS, AT THIS TIME. Urgent Care may be more suitable to your needs.
