I'm a psychotherapist who focuses on men's issues, young adulthood transitions, depression, anxiety, and work with the LGBTQ community. With open-ended
processing and use of insight from other approaches, my humanistic philosophy goes beyond symptom management—it focuses more on creating and "moving toward" giving yourself the freedom to live a more fulfilling version of your life.
When I'm not supporting clients in reaching their goals, I serve as an adjunct faculty member who teaches clinical practice at Hunter College's Silberman School of Social Work. I also have experience working in the tech start-up/healthcare world.
