Today was my first session with Brooke, after being engaged as of 12/13/25 and feeling like my fiancé' and I had extended our stay at the "we're enjoying being engaged - no wedding plans yet!" phase to avoid the stress and pressure of starting the planning process. After just one session, I left feeling like I have some clarity on why I feel so overwhelmed - and that it's actually pretty normal to feel this way. Identifying my fears of hurting others during the planning process and losing sight of what the whole point of a wedding is was a good first step. Discussing ways to navigate "wedding limbo" and talking about the "baby steps" on where to start - so I don't feel like I am so lost or overwhelmed. I left our session with a sense of relief and hope and am really looking forward to our session next week. Brooke was incredible - and I truly believe that she will be a part of my journey through not only my wedding, but everything in between and after. Thanks so much, Brooke.

Brooke is an incredible therapist - warm, curious, and approachable - who offers a truly nonjudgmental space for her clients. She is thoughtful and insightful, consistently offering perspectives that help clients better understand themselves and move toward meaningful change. Clients feel both supported and gently challenged in her care. I highly recommend working with Brooke!

Brooke has an unusually strong ability to see patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and to reflect them back in a nonjudgmental way to help clients better understand themselves and how they respond to the world around them. If you're looking for an individual or couples therapist who you can trust to challenge you and and help you reframe how you deal with emotional and interpersonal difficulties, she's one of the best there is. I highly recommend working with her.
