Welcome to Resume Mobility Physical Therapy, LLC!
We offer virtual or telehealth physical therapy services as an out-of-network provider. As of now, we treat patients located in South Carolina & North Carolina with ages 10 years to 64 years.
ATTENTION NEW PATIENTS: Booking online through Zocdoc.com schedules a virtual PT Initial Evaluation session (30 minutes) for $49. No health insurance is required. You will receive an invoice with payment link to your e-mail address. You will be responsible for the full payment. We accept all Credit/Debit Cards, HSA/FSA, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Zelle.
HIGH-QUALITY VIRTUAL PHYSICAL THERAPY: Receive one-on-one comprehensive PT Initial Evaluation and Treatment through HIPAA-compliant video platform. You will also receive Home Exercises and Educational Resources. Plan of care will be discussed, if further PT sessions are needed. Rest assured, everything will be high quality!
SELF-PAY (OUT-OF-NETWORK) PRACTICE: We do not accept Medicare and/or Medicaid, and we do not participate in any health insurance networks. If your plan provides out-of-network benefits, you can request the reimbursement. Upon request, we can provide you necessary documentation to get reimbursed.

My husband had PT sessions with Nirav twice in 2025. We always asked for Nirav to be our Therapist, because he is professional but very pleasant to work with and is very caring of his patients. He did not rush his sessions and was always very attentive to my husband’s health issues. We truly appreciated that he cared enough to advise us to contact my husband’s doctors whenever he saw something just wasn’t right with my husband’s health due to his Parkinson’s Disease. Every time Nirav discharged my husband, we would be in tears, for we grew to care very much for him. We were extremely sad to know that Nirav was no longer going to be with Atrium’s Healthy At Home (Home Health) and that he would no longer be our Physical Therapist going forward! We highly recommend Nirav to anyone needing a Physical Therapist, for he is extremely thorough, knowledgeable and very experienced in his profession!
