I believe the best work is what can be done together, by starting with my client's goals and helping them unlock their own happiness and success. I am a New York State licensed clinical social worker who specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy with extensive training in psychotherapy. I work with teens, adults, families and couples, treating issues including anxiety, depression, loss and addiction. In addition to a social work degree from New York University, I also trained at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy in its Family and Couples Treatment therapy program.
