I came in for an annual physical and it went off without a hitch. Doctor Kal is very personable and informative. I’m excited to make his office my primary care provider moving forward. I often time feels a certain anxiety about visiting medical establishments and I felt very at ease during my appointment. I’d recommend this office to anyone!

In a 20-minute intro call, Dr. Elliott completely blew up my expectations for a doctor's visit. Sad to say, but I don't often leave healthcare appointments thinking, "this person actually has a stake in my health."
As someone who just left the Kaiser world after almost a decade, I was scared to have to figure out a new and different system, but within just a few minutes of talking to Dr. Elliott, I felt completely at ease and taken care of.
He is clearly very committed to making healthcare more effective, accessible, relational, and less corporate than what I think most of us have experienced. I feel lucky to have found him and would recommend to anyone looking for a true healthcare advocate.

Dr. Is super comfortable to talk to. You dont feel like you're being judged at all, no funny smirks, or weird judging looks. Hes understanding of your concerns.....and what I liked was him asking me what I want to do about the situation. Not telling me what is going to happen, with no say at all. I always like helping create my plan of attack, or what have you. Great guy, very perfessional and super easy to talk to. Thanks Doc! Will be seeing you again!

I've never booked an online Doctors appointment since covid.
I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was going book the appointment and the was very pleasant and easy to work with.

Kal is exceptional. He greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, and was warm and friendly as we talked about the reasons I was establishing care with a new provider. He was thorough and made sure I was clear on next steps to improve my health.

I really enjoyed the fact that I showed up for my appointment and my doctor was there and ready for my arrival. I believe I was the first patient of the day, but punctuality is always a good sign for me, especially on a “holiday”. I also appreciated how fast we were to diagnose my problem and get to the point. I was in and out in 30 minutes. He was very kind and understanding and I will be definitely coming back for my follow up with the new medication for my skin issues. ?? thank you!

My visit was fine but the app gave me a different appointment time so I was only able to spend 5 minutes with my doctor before the next patient arrived.

After booking my appointment through ZocDoc I got a text messages saying If I canceled same day then they would charge me $50. They rescheduled me 2 times just hours before my appointment. The last email message showed me as being scheduled for 6:30. Then at 5:30 I received an email saying I was charged $50 for not showing up for my appointment that was at 5:30 to 6:30. I am very disappointed in the fact that I never got to actually speak to the doctor, but got charged $50 anyways. They rescheduled me twice and I have proof that the last appointment I was scheduled for was at 6:30, not 5:30 as they are claiming.

I specifically said what I needed in an appointment, and to not see me if they couldn't help me with it. Then we wouldn't be wasting our time, and my money, going to a doctor that did the same thing my general doctor would do and my insurance covers him. This made my appointment with a new doctor completely pointless! He told me one thing and then did another. And, how many appointments do you have to go through, for them to finally help you?
Also, I clicked that he arrived on time. But he told me he would create a plan that night and put it in my after visit summery and said we'd meet again in 2 days. He didn't schedule one, and when I did, the time changed a couple times. It kept going back and forth between in person & telehealth. I had no idea what was going on. Until I read the "plan." It was a complete waste of my time!
