I feel like she did a good job in helping me work through my issues. If somethings she suggested didn't work then we tried new tools. She also was good at remembering things about me and would check in on those in the next sessions.

Sheena is super understanding and sweet, she literally always knows what to say and is always there even on days I don’t have an appointment. As humans we all make mistakes and aren’t always right about everything and Sheena helps me open my eyes about things I’m in the wrong in without necessarily making me feel horrible and gives the best ideas to try to be better and keep growing as a person and a momma !
