Doctor seemed to be in a bit of a rush. Was supposed to get some blood work done the day of my appt and some later (for those where I needed to fast) - the person taking my blood was confused about which tests to do now and which are for later. Appreciated that the office confirmed my insurance was accepted before the appt.

I’m so happy I found Dr Rao. As someone who struggles with anxiety having a doctor who is patient, knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely caring is such a relief. The office is so nice and clean, and all nurses and front staff were wonderful.
