Melissa is an Amazing Dietian! She has helped make my journey and rating life style change worth while. Mrs Melissa guidance and coaching style is empowering! Through my down days of challenges, Melissa helped me not too be so hard on myself and she encouraged me to continue the change. In the past 5 months my husband and I have gone from eating out everyday- to cutting and preparing daily healthy meals. My health lab numbers has improved dramatically and I've dropped from 158 to 143lbs. My main goal was to change from unhealthy eating to healthy eating.
