Serenity Path Psychiatry & Wellness PLLC
I believe good mental health care starts with feeling genuinely heard. When you come to Serenity Path Psychiatry & Wellness, my goal is to create a space where you can talk openly about what you are experiencing without feeling judged, rushed, or defined by a diagnosis.
My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. I take time to understand your symptoms, life experiences, relationships, stressors, strengths, and goals so we can develop a treatment plan that makes sense for you. Care may include thoughtful medication management along with supportive therapy and evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care.
I work with children, teens, and adults experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, OCD, sleep concerns, and other mental health challenges. I believe treatment should be something we do together. I want you to understand your options, feel comfortable asking questions, and have an active voice in every decision about your care.
Ultimately, my goal is not simply to help you feel better, but to help you function better, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward a healthier and more fulfilling life.
