Awful experience. Was first lied to about my insurance and was told they were contracted, yet they weren't, leaving me out of network. Then the things I specifically asked for like teeth bonding, I was told that I will only chip the 2 front teeth again one day so he won't do the procedure but instead would just shave my teeth down. Should have been given what I asked for because I'm sure the risk of cracking again one day is a risk everyone takes. And why would I let you cut my teeth some more to make it worse. The most concerning part is that they kept focusing on their recommendation services rather than my clear asks and concerns, first. Horrible communication.

Dr. Henry and his team were lovely and professional. They already had my documents and were able to see me as soon as I walked in. The doctor was clear and laid out a plan for me and made me feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
