Kind, gentle, attentive doctor. I had to switch from another DPT that I really liked because of logistical issues and was concerned about going somewhere new but I had a terrific experience here as well. Lovely staff and convenient appointment times too.

I walked into physical therapy hoping to see someone who could identify the parts of my lifestyle that was causing my upper back pain, whether it was my gait, posture, muscle imbalance, or habits. While I understand that back pain is hard to attribute to specific factors, I didn’t feel like Dr. Arbilo was able to convey what could possibly be the cause. All she did for me and the person next to me in the room was apply heat and play soothing music that put me to sleep. I had gone to a different PT earlier in the week, and he was able to identify potential causes for my knee pain and I expected Dr. Arbilo to be able to do the same.
