At first, we got a bit loss for the entrance, but the nice security guard show the direction. Then, I struggle where to go to Dr.Mark Ingram office, but then a nice guy told me that on right side of the wall there a screen where it rotate different doctor first and last name and torn the end it suite there in. Next, I give my information in took about 10 minutes since I was little lost with what things to put in, but the nice lady told if you have any question or part just ask me. I felt terrible because she look like a busy person, but she ensure me it fine. Finally, it more or less took 10 to 15 until I get to see Dr.Mark Ingram and do the thing what I came here for and he very nice and understanding. Little hard to understand his voice, however he does care for his patient. That was my overall experience, thank you and take care.

This was my first time visiting the office, and I honestly had a really great experience. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and from the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable. The entire staff made me feel like I had been coming there for years rather than being a first-time patient. It was a very pleasant experience, and I really appreciated how kind and welcoming everyone was.
