Nikole was the one who treated me kindly and professionally. She helped with answering all my questions and gave me advices. The girls in the front office are so friendly and helpful. I just wish if they do some interior renovations, it would give the place more identity.

I actually met with the nurse practitioner in the office. She was so sweet and helpful. Great bedside manner. After we talked, I met Dr. Bankole, and he was very no nonsense, to the point, but in a courteous way that made me feel like he actually listened and is knowledgeable, and ready to help me with a health plan to suit my needs.

Dr. Bankole was very thorough during my visit. He seemed stoic at first but warmed up after a few minutes. He is very knowledgeable in his field and was eager to answer any questions that I had. It is easy to tell that he is passionate about what he does and I am happy to say that I have definitely found my new PCP that I intend to keep as long as he is around.

Excellent doctor and very easy to get appointment, sometimes same day appointment. Didn't wait for more than 5 minutes and was out in about 15-20 minutes. Appointment was for 2p and I got there early around 1:30 and was out the door before my scheduled appointment time.

It was my first visit. I was referred by someone but I did not realize the drive was that far. I said I will probably only come once and change to a closer doctor’s clinic. NO WAY!! This was the best experience I ever had at a doctor’s office. First, the staff was the friendliest I have ever encountered. Very pleasant and acoomodating. Dr. Bankole was the most thorough doctor I ever had, asked the right questions and was extremely knowledgeable about everything. I don’t normally write reviews. Actually, this is my first one but I had to because my visit was so wonderful.

I arrived 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Was brought back after 35-40 minutes in the lobby. waited in the room for the doctor for an additional 20. Did not see the doctor for over an hour after I walked in the front door. I really did not enjoy that as I popped out from work and scheduled an appointment for a specific time. Because thats what appointments are for.
I do like the doctor in general, but after proceeding to make me wait 20 min after the ball was in his court to see me in the private room, he took a call from his nurse practitioner and was texting while I was trying to discuss my condition. Not thrilled about that and trying to be cognizant of a new patient's time.

The thing that bothered me the most was while I was talking to him about my health issues he got a call on his cell phone and stopped the conversation to answer it in the middle of my appointment. He said it was his son and it wasn't even an emergency call. Talked on the phone for a few minutes too. Then tells his son he is with a patient and will call him back. I was so close to just walking out in the middle of his conversation on his phone call. I will be looking for another Dr.

Dr Bankole and his staff were friendly and professional. He listens to and addresses patient concerns. Very easy to schedule appointments and office utilizes most current testing by Genova. I especially appreciate his approach of treating the cause not just symptoms. I was impressed by his knowledge of the connection between autoimmune thyroiditis and gluten.

I was diagnosed with a pretty significant eye disease in 2010
and have had to see 30 or 40 different Doctors since then.
There have been a small handful that have made me feel like I'm not a number in their daily books. Dr. Bankole was at the top of my list. He was personable, Well Educated in my Specific Medical Needs and Clearly Explained his ideas and plan to help get me back on my feet. He was kind and concerned.. If you've been to some of the Doctors here in Florida, you know that it Makes A Huge Difference. The wait was very short at my first visit and I was taken back instantly for my second visit.
He was just great all the way around.. So was his PA.. She was the reason I came back for a second visit and had the opportunity to meet Dr. Bankole.. Thanks So Much to them and their Awesome Staff..
