Being able to reflect and build strategies from my time in individual therapy with Esther helped me get a different perspective and explore various topic. I walked away with many tools that will continue to serve me. I also participated in group sessions. At the beginning, I had my doubts about the process because it was my first time trying it, but the facilitation helped us align our conversations with the objectives of each session. Everyone has different needs, and Esther managed to provide a space for everyone in the group, creating a sense of belonging and acceptance.

Esther is a phenomenal counselor that I would highly recommend. She was my marriage counselor for over a year. From our time together, I can say that Esther is excellent listener. She made sure that each of us felt heard, while showing a great deal of empathy toward our perspectives. What really worked so well for us was Esther's balance between active listening, helping navigate discussion and providing helpful insights into her observations. This balance really made it feel like we could learn something from every session with her. I could not recommend Esther more!
