Allie was great! I hurt my ankle while running and with Allie's track and feild background. I know she will get me back and running in no time. Great emleination of supportive exercises, stretching, and hands on therapy. Would recommend to anyone who needs PT.

Great! I came in post partum 3 months, w/twins and I had so much body pain and no core. I had no confidence in being able to lift my kids. Or even will get if bed wwithout help.
