We at Orthocenter have been treating patients since 1985. We take pride in providing care for every musculoskeletal condition from the cervical spine to the foot and ankle. My first visit with Dr. Van Gelderen … He was great … knowledgeable and an excellent communicator … explaining what he saw on my X-ray and ordered a MRI STAT! Let’s hope that he will be able to answer what is going on with my hip with the MRI?

They are unfortunately very overbooked. Appointment was very rushed, so we did not have time to adequately discuss my situation. A lot of clinical terminology without any explanation of implications, prognosis, or treatment options and their pros and cons. Waiting for 30-40 minutes, seen for less than 10 to discuss two separate injuries and MRIs

He is really the best doctor. He is the first doctor out of maybe 4-5 that really recognized my knee issues and is working with me to really make the difference and manage my pain.

Waited no more than a few minutes until I was directed to x-ray. Waited just a few moments in a second waiting room until I was taken to a room. Then just a few minutes to see a doctor who was friendly, efficient, and talked a lot about what was going on.

Excellent. The Doctor explained everything in a way that I was able to understand. He clearly explained all of my options, and that we were going to utilize the available options . After exhausting all of the options, and if the results were negative, then we would further discuss the next course we would take. Very friendly and relaxed demeanor, made me as a patient very comfortable. He is a credit to this practice.

Great doctor, great staff. The waiting was over 40 minutes, they need to learn to speed tings up. The elderly like to go there for social visits, the doctor's lend a sympathetic ear to the elderly patients. I think they should see older people toward the latter part of the day so people like me can get on with their day!

Dr van gelderen and everyone at the office is excellent and I highly recommend them.
However the appointments I made via zocdoc failed to make it to the systems at their office and despite the confirmations and reminders I received from zocdoc they had no record of my appointment. They still figured a way to fit me in and I appreciated that

Very efficient office staff, very direct and specific conversation with Van Gelderen. Suggested options for pain reduction and scheduled MRIs for follow up. Will be returning for consultation and recommendations for repairing/resolving neck and shoulder pain.
