The chiropractor was excellent — she took her time explaining everything and made sure all my questions were answered. However, the office was not upfront about fees. I was unexpectedly charged for a “review” that was never mentioned beforehand and isn’t covered by insurance. The care was great, but the lack of transparency around billing was very frustrating.
