Through our integrative medical division, Elevate Medical Group, we also provide advanced regenerative and wellness services including PRP therapy, trigger point injections, peptide therapy, and wellness injections.

The chiropractor was excellent — she took her time explaining everything and made sure all my questions were answered. However, the office was not upfront about fees. I was unexpectedly charged for a “review” that was never mentioned beforehand and isn’t covered by insurance. The care was great, but the lack of transparency around billing was very frustrating.
