Congratulations on taking a step towards healing! This process can be uncomfortable, I am here to support you through it. My goal is to help you feel confident expressing yourself, processing difficult emotions/situations, & learning new skills. I welcome individuals with a variety of stressors. I have experience working with adult ADHD, life transitions, medical professionals, substance abuse/misuse, anxiety, and depression. I use a strengths based approach to assist and encourage you while building new skills. I'm a Latina therapist licensed in Texas and Virginia and have 6 year of experience working with ages 5 to adult through individual and family therapy. I pull from a variety of theories and tailor my techniques to your needs. I encourage open communication and working together to find the style that best support you. I believe in creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. You are the expert of your life and I am here to help on your journey towards healing. I want to encourage you to face whatever challenges are thrown at you and support you along the way. Please note, that I am currently not credentialed with medicaid and have limited credentialing with medicare based on the state you are in.
