I primarily sought advice on aging parents, but I also suffer from anxiety and irritability. I was immediately drawn to Mary's profile compared to others since I felt she would be able to give me more sound advice than some of the "younger" clinicians I had come across. I liked that she personally texted me the details I needed before our first meeting. I immediately felt comfortable with her. She listened and offered sound advice, even though I felt like I was "all over the place" with things I might need to "work" on.
